We have over 35 years experience in the design and manufacture of complex hollow and flat dies up to 520mm diameter.

In house developed CAD/CAM software and ongoing investment in new machines and technology allow us to meet our customers' requirements for quality dies and delivery times. The opening of our new extension has enabled us to improve material flow within the factory improving the service we offer our customers.

Good liaison between our experienced designers and our customers plays an essential role in satisfying their need for quality dies and good service.

ISO 9001:2000 quality management procedures were introduced in 2002 to further improve quality. The certificate was renewed by Lloyds in 2008.

Quality dies require quality steel and all our dies are manufactured using hot-working steels from German steel mills.

Vacuum and fluidised bed processes are used to heat-treat the dies.

Dies with high tongue ratios are manufactured using the patented Autotool Process
